1. Payment Instructions
After completing each transaction, you will receive a transaction confirmation email. Please check your email account, including spam and junk folders, to ensure that emails are not filtered. You can also check the information about confirming order transactions in the member area or go to "Order History" to check the order status. If you confirm that you have not received the email and failed to view the message confirming the order transaction in the message center, it means that the payment has not been successfully completed.
2. Order settlement currency
Orders will be billed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).

Delivery methods
1. Self-pickup at stores/stores:
- free shipping
- After receiving the relevant order confirmation email, the customer only needs to present the electronic redemption voucher at the designated store/store to pick up the product.
2. WeHea direct delivery
- Free shipping on orders over $300. Shipping fee will be charged for orders under $300.
- Shipping fee is $50 (maximum 3kg) ; add $10 for every 1kg
Surcharge for remote areas: $30 for Tung Chung; $120 for Ma Wan and Discovery Bay. Delivery to other outlying islands will not be provided. - Generally, the goods will be shipped within 3 to 5 working days, and will be delivered by a third-party logistics company.
- Guests please wait patiently for the SMS/telephone notification sent by the logistics company to receive the goods.
3. SF Express
- The goods will be delivered by SF Express arranged by the supplier, and the shipping fee will be paid to SF Express by the recipient (i.e. the buyer) upon receipt.
Shipping Instructions
- Changes to delivery arrangements will not be accepted after delivery. If additional assistance is required, please contact customer service.
- If the shipment is lost or damaged due to the customer's request to place it in front of the door or to be collected by the management office/reception desk, the store will not make compensation for it.
- You agree and authorize the store to hand over your name, phone number and delivery address to the logistics company/goods supplier for delivery.
- If you provide wrong delivery information/the logistics company fails to contact you for many times/you refuse to accept it unreasonably/you fail to pick up or refuse to accept it after the time limit, etc., resulting in delivery failure or return of the goods, the additional round-trip freight/arrangement incurred You will be responsible for the payment of the shipping fee/logistics company penalty for the second delivery.
- The delivery scope of our store is limited to designated areas in Hong Kong.
- Delivery service will be postponed when a gale signal is hoisted, a red or black rainstorm warning is in effect, or when we judge that it is not safe to deliver.
