About payment
1. Payment Instructions
After completing each transaction, you will receive a transaction confirmation email. Please check your email account, including spam and junk folders, to ensure that emails are not filtered. You can also check the information about confirming order transactions in the member area or go to "Order History" to check the order status. If you confirm that you have not received the email and failed to view the message confirming the order transaction in the message center, it means that the payment has not been successfully completed.
2. Order settlement currency
Orders will be billed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
Shipping policy
Delivery methods
1. Self-pickup at stores/stores:
- free shipping
- After receiving the relevant order confirmation email, the customer only needs to present the electronic redemption voucher at the designated store/store to pick up the product.
2. WeHea direct delivery
- Free shipping on orders over $300. Shipping fee will be charged for orders under $300.
- Shipping fee is $50 (maximum 3kg) ; add $10 for every 1kg
Surcharge for remote areas: $30 for Tung Chung; $120 for Ma Wan and Discovery Bay. Delivery to other outlying islands will not be provided. - Generally, the goods will be shipped within 3 to 5 working days, and will be delivered by a third-party logistics company.
- Guests please wait patiently for the SMS/telephone notification sent by the logistics company to receive the goods.
3. SF Express
- The goods will be delivered by SF Express arranged by the supplier.
Shipping Instructions
1. Changes to delivery arrangements are not accepted after shipment. If you need other assistance, please contact the customer service staff.
2. If the goods are lost or damaged due to the customer's request to be placed in front of the door or collected by the management office/reception desk, the store will not compensate for this.
3. You agree and authorize our store to hand over your name, phone number and delivery address to the logistics company/goods supplier for delivery purposes.
4. If the delivery fails or the goods are returned because you provide incorrect delivery information/the logistics company fails to contact you multiple times/you unreasonably refuse to accept the goods/you fail to pick up the goods after the time limit or refuse to accept them, etc., additional round-trip shipping fees will be incurred. / Arrange the second delivery freight / The logistics company's fines must be paid by you.
5. Our store's delivery scope is limited to designated areas in Hong Kong.
6. Delivery service will be postponed when a gale signal is hoisted, a red or black rainstorm warning is in effect or we judge that it is unsafe to deliver.
